Display

• The convection steam oven has one display window with three separate displays providing different information.
• In the lower part of the display area, symbols representing temperature, probe, cooking functions and time settings will illuminate when in use

Control Knob

• The control knob (OK) is used on its own or with the control buttons to make selections
• You’ll always end a selection by pressing the control knob to confirm

Delayed Start

• The delayed start feature automatically turns the convection steam oven both on and off at desired times

Steam

• From vegetables to egg dishes, gentle steam heat is ideal for capturing nutrition, color and flavor

Reheat

• Reheat mode uses steam and hot air to rehydrate food gently

Convection

• A fan creates the movement of hot air created by a heating element at the back of the oven for convection cooking to distribute heat evenly around food for consistent results and browning

Slow Roast

• Slow roast mode is the ultimate convenience; insert the probe into your prepared meat, select a slow roast setting, tell the oven what time you want it done and come home to a perfectly cooked meal

Recipes Mode

• Use the recipes mode for an easy fun way to cook entire meals from appetizers to desserts
